If this expedition is being booked as a gift for someone, the participant (not purchaser) is the one who needs to fill out the below form. The purchaser must send an email to reserve@furtherphoto.com which states the state or country the purchaser resides in (per driver’s license). By booking this expedition and/or participating in it, the purchaser and participant acknowledge acceptance of our Expedition Terms & Conditions.
